Get your API keys in a few easy steps:

Step 1: Create a myTI company account

Have your senior procurement lead register for a company account to enable a connected seamless experience for you and your colleagues.

Step 2: Create a checkout profile

Accessing product information APIs requires a company account and an API-eligible checkout profile. See the FAQs for how to create a checkout profile. At this time, API ordering does not support orders purchased with credit cards or alternative payment methods such as Alipay, WeChat or UnionPay. Only checkout profiles with bank transfer, Apruve net 30 terms or a direct line of credit are API eligible. See payment information for more details.

Step 3: Request API keys

Once you have a company account, your administrator can request API keys.

Make sure that they select the appropriate account when logging in. API access is only available for users with a company account.

After logging in to TI.com, click the drop-down menu next to the user name and select myTI dashboard.
