Advance ship notice

TI emails advanced ship notices (ASNs) consolidating shipments made that day into a single email. The email will include individual PDF attachments providing the commercial invoice or proforma, waybill and the delivery note, as well as an Excel attachment with a summary of important data fields from the PDF attachments. TI ASNs are automatically generated at the point of shipment then consolidated into an email sent to the email address provided on the customer onboarding form. We recommend providing a group list email using your own email domain, as individual contacts can vary over time.
