Get your API keys in a few easy steps:
Step 1: Create a myTI company account
Have your senior procurement lead register for a company account to enable a connected seamless experience for you and your colleagues.
Step 2: Request API keys
Accessing TI store APIs requires a company account and an API-eligible checkout profile. See the FAQs for how to create a checkout profile. At this time, API ordering does not support orders purchased with credit cards or those using alternative payment methods such as Alipay, WeChat or UnionPay. Only checkout profiles with bank transfer, Apruve net 30 terms or with a direct line of credit are API eligible. See Payment Information for more details.
Once you have a company account, your administrator can request API keys.
Make sure that they select the appropriate account when logging in. API access is only available for users with a company account.
After logging in to TI.com, click the drop-down menu next to the user name and select myTI dashboard.
From the myTI dashboard, go to Account Settings > API Keys and Access.
Navigate to the TI store API suite and click the Request button.
Review and accept the API terms and conditions.
TI will review key requests within two to three days and email administrators upon approval. To retrieve API keys, navigate back to the API Keys and Access page.
