Get your API keys in a few easy steps:

Once you get notification from TI that your connectivity onboarding is complete, follow these steps:

• Log in to the API portal using your myTI account
• To access sandbox environment keys:
  • Select 'Apps' in the upper right corner
    • Here you will see list of sandbox apps associated to your account
  • Select the sandbox app and you will see the key/secret that you will use to generate an API token

• To access production environment keys:
  • Select 'Teams’ in the upper right corner
    • Here you will see the list of team apps associated to your account
  • Click on the “Team apps” and you will see the key/secret that you will use to generate an API token
